About me and the Method

Why Pilates? Why me?

Joseph Pilates believed that physical fitness is the foundation of a healthy and fulfilling life. As a child, he faced numerous health challenges and developed his method through a lifelong study of movement, strength, breathing, and body awareness. At the heart of Pilates is the belief that breath is life—when combined with mindful movement, it helps create a stronger, healthier connection between body and mind.

Today, Reformer Pilates has become one of the most effective ways to build strength, improve posture, increase mobility, and develop balanced movement patterns. Through my own journey, I have experienced first-hand how Pilates can help us reconnect with our bodies, build confidence, and move through life with greater ease. At Studio 75, I welcome individuals of all ages and abilities, providing personalized guidance in a supportive environment where movement becomes a pathway to greater strength, health, and well-being.

The Reformer's moving carriage and spring resistance create a workout unlike anything you've experienced before. You'll feel supported, challenged, and surprisingly strong as you move through exercises that improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and core strength. Whether you're brand new to exercise or already active, Reformer Pilates meets you where you are—and leaves you feeling taller, stronger, and more energized.

Mat Classes

Join our Mat Classes designed to enhance your core strength and alignment, perfect for improving overall fitness and mobility! Experience just how fun and engaging our classes can be. To keep things exciting, we occasionally incorporate Pilates props like hand weights, the Pilates Blue Roller, Pilates Ring, Therabands and more. Come and discover a new level of fitness with me!

While both use suspension training, Bodhi takes movement far beyond traditional TRX workouts. Rooted in Pilates principles, the Bodhi Suspension System uses two independent suspension cords to challenge balance, coordination, mobility, and deep core strength in every exercise. The result is a workout that feels fluid, playful, and empowering while improving posture, stability, flexibility, and total-body strength. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Private training sessions offer a personalized approach tailored to your unique goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Your first session includes a comprehensive Pilates assessment, where we evaluate posture, movement patterns, breathing, mobility, flexibility, core strength, and any physical limitations or concerns that may affect your training. Together, we will discuss your goals and create a customized Pilates plan for both your studio sessions and home practice.

Sessions may incorporate Reformer, Wunda Chair, Step Barrel, Mat Pilates, and Bodhi Suspension Training, depending on your individual needs and objectives.

Initial Assessment & Training Session
